All our Students and parents brought foods for poor people who can't go to the supermarket. We delivered the foods to a local, that is also a national association, Banco Alimentare which is in charge to distribute the goods each time someone knock at the door.

Helen Doron Tirana choose to donate for kids in one of the poorest city of Albania, Bulqiza. 91 children enjoy receiving gifts and they gave us back so much love. Helen Doron 21 Dhjetori decided to give foods and toys to Roma Community. and Helen Doron Vlore gave package for poor family in Vlore. Together with parents we gave as much as we could and we received back so much love and beautiful smiles in return.

We had our project in 2 phases: 1. “Be Kind with one another”. We wanted our students to be the first whom would implement this moto in their life. We share with each other affirmative words, to see the beauty in each of us and to accept one another as we are. 2. “Stop Bullying! It’s time to love” We had inspirational messages from our teachers. We had LIVE-s in our social media with Celebrities and psychologists In the end we organized the forum “Be kind! Pass it On” with students of a High school in Tirana. What a great experience it was!

The aim of this project is to encourage our students to pay attention to the senior members of their families and communities. During a part of the lesson we taught our student how to bake a simple apple pie. We suggested they use the recipe to make a present for their grandmothers, elderly neighbours or someone they would like to support. Our campaign was also supported by a Russian charitable foundation \"Good People Club\" \\\"Dobryaki\\\" in many Russian cities.

This is a very special project, in which all the Spanish centers have joined the Great Food Collection Campaign that has been carried out throughout the Spanish territory on November 19 and 20, 2021.All the Helen Doron schools together (more than 80) had been collected almost 10,000 kilos of food. Families, students, teachers, franchisees... have collaborated by contributing their grain of sand. All the food collected has been donated to the Food Banks of the cities in Spain where there is a Helen Doron Academy.

In Mexico dog shelters are very much needed as Mexico has the largest number of street dogs in Latin America. Huellitas Seguras is a dog shelter that takes care of 90 dogs. It is maintained by donations. They appreciate any kind of help but most of all they need volunteers to help around the shelter. In 2021 together with the children and their families we went to the shelter twice which we are planning to continue doing in the future as it was an amazing experience for all of us.

Unlike the good old comedy film from the '90s, the global COVID-19 pandemic is a bad movie. Many children are facing mandatory social isolation in response to it. Our hearts go out to those children and their parents who must go in and out of isolation too often, making it nearly impossible for them to lead a normal life. My students generously donated sweets and toys to those children, created joyful greeting cards, and recorded cheerful greetings. We all worked together in assembling the packages that were personally delivered to the doorstep of each child's home.

Two Slovak LCs, joined their creativity, passion and love for HDEE into a beautiful project. We cannot really measure how many people were involved, because materials were available also out of LCs and many acts are to be unrevealed. I hope, with a help of teachers and managers, we changed many ways of thinking and made our little world a bit nicer and better. We recorded about 1500acts, joined disabled kids, created 12FB/Instagram posts, read kind stories, painted Kevin's friends, donated to Red Cross Charity, made interviews on Teen Buzz radio. We created YHscalendar to keep this message still alive.

Helping a Fuzzy Friend

Helen Doron Croatia Learning Centres came together this Christmas to collect donations for our fuzzy friends. Helen Doron parents, teachers and students across the country collected food, toys, medicine and other essentials for 25 animal shelters in need. We are so proud of our entire community for completing a successful humanitarian project that helped support many struggling shelters get through the winter and provide the best possible care for our smallest friends!

Not all children have a happy and carefree childhood. There are two shelters for poor children in Belgrade. Workers and volunteers at these shelters work hard and try to do the best of their ability to provide some basic things or necessities for these kids. At our school, we decided to help these children and make their holiday a bit easier and a lot happier. We collected toys, board games, clothes and sweets for them. Also, we donated several Christmas presents to the shelter. You will give a little of your time, but you will get so much more in return.

These dogs used to have a warm home and people who looked after them. These people then abandoned them and left them to roam the streets. Our friends from school wanted to make their stay at the shelter a bit easier and better, so they started collecting food, dog leashes, dog collars and toys. Each and everyone of us can become a volunteer, feed an abandoned dog, adopt it and save a life. FEED – ADOPT – DON'T BUY!

Our center Helen Doron Golosiivskyi (Kyiv, Ukraine) is proud to join this large-scale company Young Heroes 2021: Be Kind. Pass it On! In December we have created a wonderful donation box to collect different things for orphans. Our students had a great opportunity to bring whatever they want and pass their sincere love. After that, they received beautiful paper hearts to remember this magical moment of sharing. All collected things were delivered to an orphanage. We are so grateful for this opening to make our world kinder!

As winters in our country are very cold and the land is covered with snow lots of birds struggle to find food. Our students decided to make feeders. They decorated them, hung them in the park. Every time children go to Helen Doron school they will put breadcrumbs and grain inside. This way we save lots of birds from starvation and teach our students that our kindness is vital even for animals and birds.

ALL THE SANTA'S PRESENTS HAVE BEEN DONATED TO THE NEW BELGRADE SAFE HOUSE IN BELGRADE. THIS PROJECT HAS BROUGHT MANY SMILES TO OUR YOUNG LEADERS, AS WELL AS ALL THE CHILDREN RESIDING IN THE SAFE HOUSE. OUR LEARNERS ARE OUR BIGGEST HEROES.
