June 10, 2020 Every year, master franchisees from across the globe, as well as the head office team, meet together to share knowledge, information and ideas. As travel is curtailed this year due to the Covid-19 pandemic, the conference was held online, with over 120 global attendees participating virtually.
Highlights of the online conference included a wide variety of topics chosen to empower the franchisees’ businesses, as well as introducing new pedagogic programmes and digital product releases.
CEO and Founder, Helen Doron, delivered the welcoming remarks, as well as presented the latest in pedagogics and teacher training. Chief Customer Officer, Anne Gordon, summed up the achievements of 2019 and summarized all that was accomplished and maintained throughout the entire network during the coronavirus crisis, as well as expounded on goals for 2020 and beyond. Marketing Manager, Naomi Teper-Neer, presented marketing highlights from the past year, including the company’s rapid adaptation to teaching online, marketing support packages developed to support the promotion of online lessons, and upcoming projects and campaigns for the near future. Other head office experts augmented the main presentations with additional support topics, and each section was followed by a lively question and answers session.
