Despite challenging circumstances, 60 Learning Centre and Learning Studio Franchisees, and many of their marketing managers and administrative staff from throughout Ukraine met recently for an informative, energetic, and moving Learning Centre Conference in Lviv. The setting, a beautiful 19th-century historical building, the Banchotel, created a special atmosphere.
Following the stirring introductory remarks from Nataliya P’yets, Transcarpathia Master Franchisee, an inspirational video from Founder and CEO Helen Doron was screened. Eli Fefer, Chief Customer Officer from the Head Office, gave some global updates and reiterated in detail the unconditional HQ support to Ukraine and all attendants unanimously expressed their understanding of the situation, support, and solidarity with the people of Israel at this difficult time, and the common challenges both countries are facing at this time.

Other essential topics included: news in pedagogic development, sales and marketing overviews, business knowledge, and situational management, among others, as well as a session in Stress Detox Meditation, which attendants found to be helpful.

Many shared personal experiences about working during a time of war, about the loss of strength, difficult working conditions, and about how to restore energy, resources motivation, and positive plans for the future. Many commented on how important it was to meet together after so long and gather strength from each other.

Everyone was very touched and grateful that Helen Doron called by video during the conference to offer additional support and optimism.
