The Master Franchisor (MF) is responsible for a large area, which in most cases is of 4 - 10 million inhabitants. The Master Franchisor (MF) is responsible for organizing Teacher Training Courses in the entire Area as well as ordering and selling HD materials.
The MF sub-franchises his area to Learning Centres and, in some cases, grants teaching licenses to semi-independent teachers who work in close cooperation with the Learning Centres.
The MF acts as a coordinator for the Learning Centres in his area.
As a Helen Doron Master Franchisor, you receive the following guidance:
- How to set up the business.
- How to advertise and market.
- How to select and find teachers.
- Power point presentations to help market to new Learning Centres.
- How to guide, select and train Franchise Partners and Learning Centre Franchisees.
- How to organize teacher training courses.
- All promotional materials: posters, brochures, advertisements, videos, DVDs.
- Direct access to your National Coordinator and the International Customer Service Manager.
- Visits to your offices by your National Coordinator or the International Customer Service Manager.
- Organization and administrative help with the Information Management System which manages for you your Learning Centres' and teachers' orders, royalties, seminar applications, student lists etc.
- A Master Franchisor web portal with all legal, financial and administrative information updated there for your by International Customer Service.
- Teacher Portal, newsletters and incentive schemes for teachers.
The Helen Doron Master Franchisor should be:
- A highly-organized businessperson with experience in business administration or marketing.
- Sincerely interested in education.
- Empathetic to and understanding of Helen Doron teachers.
- Happy and eager to be in contact with Helen Doron teachers and be an administrator of Learning Centres.
Role and Rights of the Master Franchisor:
- Receives Area exclusivity.
- Is in direct contact with Helen Doron Head Office for administrative, financial and pedagogic matters.
- Provides administrative, organizational & pedagogic advice and support to Learning Centres.
- Marketing, advertising and Public Relations in her Area.
- Sells materials to Learning Centres.
- Collects Lesson Fee (Royalty) from Learning Centres.
- Open a Learning Centre and Office.
- Holds Teacher Training Courses.
The Master Franchisor's income is derived from:
- Selling HD Materials to Learning Centres
- Receiving Teachers' Lesson Fees from the Learning Centres
- Holding Teacher Training Courses
- Selling additional material recommended or produced by HD
