Master Franchise

General

The Helen Doron Group is looking to increase our already expansive global presence further through new strategic partnerships. Specifically, we are seeking Master Franchisors to own and operate a regional network of Helen Doron Early English Learning Centres for large areas of approximately 4 - 10 million inhabitants.

The Master Franchisor acts as a coordinator for all Helen Doron Early English Learning Centres in his/her jurisdiction. Responsibilities include: organizing regional Teacher Training Courses, ordering and selling Helen Doron Early English materials, collecting royalties from teachers and franchisees, and providing support services in return.

The MF has the right to grant sub-franchises within his/her geographic territory to Helen Doron Early English Learning Centres and in some cases, may grant teaching licenses to semi-independent teachers, working in close cooperation with the Learning Centres.

Helen Doron Early English Master Franchisors receive the following guidance:

The basics:
  1. How to set up the business.
  2. How to advertise and market.
  3. How to select and find teachers.
  4. How to organize teacher training courses.
  5. How to guide, select and train Franchise Partners and Learning Centre Franchisees.
Marketing:
  1. A Branding Guide for promotions.
  2. PowerPoint presentations on marketing to new Learning Centres.
  3. Promotional aids: posters, brochures, advertisements, videos, DVDs etc.
Management services:
  1. Direct communication with National Coordinator and/or International Customer Service Manager.
  2. Meetings with National Coordinator and/or International Customer Service Manager.
  3. Organization and administrative assistance via our Information Management System on Learning Centres, ordering for teachers, royalties, seminar applications, student lists etc.
  4. Master Franchisor web portal providing comprehensive legal, financial and administrative help.
  5. Access to Helen Doron Early English Teacher Portal for newsletters, incentive schemes and more.
